spicy lentil soup with beluga
Ingredients:
150 grams of beluga lentils
2 cloves garlic 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon curry

Soak the lentils overnight.
Cook the lentils in water for about half an hour with a pinch of salt.
