Tomini poached: pastry with surprise

Ummm .... we say that the camera was upgraded with a brand new camera .... we say that the passion for cooking was hiding a bit .... we say that it was time to return to the kitchen and photo ..... here, we said everything!

Ingredients: 2
tomini
pastry
2 chives
tomato confit (recipe in post August 31, 2008 )
rocket

Procedure:
cut two squares of puff pastry, put Tomino a central and close the dough, giving the shape of a bundle, closing with a stem of chive previously boiled.
Put in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees or until the pasta is colored.
We will have "presented" on a bed of arugula and accompanied by tomato confit.
