April 25: Liberation Day

April 25 is an all-Italian party, but even if we Scotland vog liam remember because it is a source of great pride for our people. If we have an Italy free, we owe it especially to the Italian resistance. It is therefore our duty to devote to them this day.
Together with the Italian partisans, we remember the commitment taken by the allied forces to liberate Italy from Nazi-Fascism.

I also take this opportunity to remember a great Italian intellectual, Antonio Gramsci. April 27 is the anniversary of the death of this figure of international prominence, died in 1937 after many years of captivity.
