Ott-lite Replacement Ballast
Pennette mint
We know, we are inexcusable!
But we have a lot ... a lot of reasons that have caused this laziness to blog! In short, a journey in Holland and the robe of the series "I go, I see people do things ....!" Jokes aside, there was no evening staring in vain on our computers we have not said "will not be time to update the blog? ... Eh, ok, from ... tomorrow!"
Ingredients for 2 people: 150 gr penne
1 zucchini 50 grams of spicy provolone
1 clove garlic 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil a few sprigs of fresh mint
a teaspoon of mint dried salt and pepper
Preparation: In the oil
where we have made Brown the garlic, let cook for about 5 minutes, the diced zucchini. When cooked, add freshly ground pepper, dried mint and salt.
Cook pasta in boiling salted water, drain it al dente and toss with the remaining ingredients in a pan. First to Serve, add the diced provolone and a few leaves of fresh mint.
